How long does Hermes take to out for delivery?
We’ll deliver your parcel within the agreed time, depending on the service chosen by the sender this will be; next day, 48 hours or 3 to 5 days. Your parcel is making its way through our depots to your local ParcelShop or to your local courier.
What does out for delivery to courier mean?
Manifested for delivery / Out for delivery – your parcel has been assigned to the courier for delivery. Courier received – your parcel is with your courier for delivery. Not delivered due to address query – the courier has had a problem delivering your parcel, so you’ll need to contact them.

How do you find out what parcel Hermes is delivering?
To track your parcel, you need to use your myHermes order number. If you are unsure of your order number then please go to the “My Account area”, log in and then click on the “My Orders” tab to find your HRM number. This number can also be found on your confirmation email.
